At TITAN PRIME, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund based on the conditions below.
Deadlines

Product Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

Visible Damage: For items with visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video of the product and packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered the result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the item is received and passes quality inspection, you may choose to:

Exchange it for another product in stock.

Receive a refund for the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.
The warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracked screens, dents).
